These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by SL Trip Guide (“we”, “our”, “the Company”). By booking a tour, purchasing a package, or using our website www.SriLankaTripGuide.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
We arrange and facilitate guided tours, transportation, and related travel experiences within Sri Lanka. All itineraries, schedules, and services are subject to availability, local regulations, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via our official channels.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Certain services may require advance deposits to secure reservations.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, park entry fees, or supplier changes.
• Any such changes will be communicated prior to final payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, visas, and permits.
• You must follow local laws, customs, and regulations during the trip.
• SL Trip Guide is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from negligence, non-compliance, or personal conduct.

6. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel itineraries in the event of force majeure, weather disruptions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. Whenever possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and comfort, certain activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you accept these risks and agree that SL Trip Guide will not be held liable for:

• Injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

8. Guides & Vehicles
All guides and vehicles used are subject to internal quality checks. We work only with vetted, experienced guides and ensure our vehicles meet safety and comfort standards.

9. Feedback & Quality Assurance
We value your feedback. At the end of each tour, you may be asked to rate:

• The vehicle condition
• Guide’s knowledge and communication
• Overall trip quality and experience
  Your feedback helps us improve services and maintain quality standards.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
